Welcome to Northern Triad Soccer Club try-out results.
NTSC will hold individual team meetings as scheduled on the team pages. To accept your position on the team, you must attend that meeting and bring;
- Completed NCYSA Medical Waiver. NCYSA Medical Waiver (please fill out on-line and print)
- 1 x 1 color headshot picture (Pictures must be printed on photographic paper and not on copier plain paper.)
- Copy of the player’s birth certificate.
- League Fee (Check payable to: NTSC)
* Note: You will be able to accept your position on the team and pay online beginning Saturday morning, June 4, 2011. We will still need to collect the Medical form, picture and copy of birth certificate at the team meeting.
